- Perform technical SEO audits and brief developers on updates required
- Manage client's Google Search Console accounts, including indexing new pages, error checking and updates, as well as pulling insights
- Perform keyword research using Ahrefs (or similar tools) for landing pages, blogs, FAQs and general opportunities for client websites
- Monitor performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Write compelling and high-quality meta content
PPC
- Audit and evaluate PPC campaign performance across Google
- Optimise structure, bidding strategies, and overall performance
- Recommend new campaign ideas and build out keyword lists and ad text
Email Marketing
- Plan email marketing onboarding and campaign strategies using Klaviyo as the ESP
- Plan out automated flows, triggers and content strategies - particularly for e-commerce campaigns
- Brief design team on templates required to execute campaigns and automated flows
- Implement designs into Klaviyo templates plus build and execute campaigns
Data & analytics
- Create dashboards and data visualisations and provide insights on campaign planning, website, and optimisation.
- Identify key traffic/conversion rate drivers and execute content/functionality improvement across digital touch-points
- Become an expert at our visualisation tool partner - Databox
